An estimated 350 members enjoyed networking under the stars and touring Lennar’s New Home Showplace located in the newest Valencia Village of West Creek.
It was the first opportunity for Lennar to introduce their new and innovative home sales concept to local businesses throughout the Santa Clarita Valley and solidify relationships. Members were given the opportunity to have hands-on experience with virtual tours of more than 22 floor plans – all under one roof. Beverages were served from the kitchen installed within the Showplace featuring all of the upgraded countertops and appliances that Lennar features within their homes.
